Khartoum - Arab Today

A session of official talks between the Sudanese and Ethiopian sides was held Sunday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, co-headed by the Foreign Ministers of the two countries, Prof. Ibrahim Ghandour, and Workneh Gebeyehu.
The talks included the opportunities and fields of cooperation between Sudan and Ethiopia in the various economic, technical and cultural fields.
The two sides have shared identical vision on the positive dealing with the developments at the region toward maximizing the common benefits for the two sister nations and assuring the importance of continuing coordination and cooperation at the regional and international levels.
At the outset of the opening sitting, the Foreign Minister, Prof. Ibrahim Ghandour, has appreciated the level of relations between Sudan and Ethiopia in all domains, especially in the economic and political fields.
Meanwhile, the Ethiopian Foreign Minister has expressed his pleasure over the visit and the full satisfaction of his ministry of the close communication between the official and people's institutions in the two countries toward bolstering the positive outcome and achieving more progress in the march of the bilateral cooperation in all domains.
