HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today received congratulations from Chairman of Bahrain Volleyball Association, Shaikh Ali bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, on Bahrain’s remarkable achievements in the 18th Asian Games, recently concluded in Jakarta, winning 26 different medals, including 12 golds, 6 slivers and 7 bonzes.
Shaikh Ali bin Mohammed Al Khalifa paid tribute to the royal support for the youth and sport sector, which contributed to bringing the brilliant successes.
He extended congratulations to Representative to HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Athletics Association, HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, marking the same occasion.
