
Armed Forces have dispatched 10 fire engines to help in extinguishing the huge fire that broke out at a textile factory in Obour city.
The Armed Forces, in a statement on Monday, said that the General Command gave orders to dispatch elements of the army's rescue and rapid intervention unit to aid in fighting the fire at the factory and preventing it from sweeping through nearby buildings.
The army's team managed to control the fire, the statement added.
