The Arab labor conference, to be held Sunday, will tackle the main challenges facing workers in the Arab region; mainly unemployment and migration, said Arab Labor Organization (ALO) Director Fayez al Mutairi.
Mutairi was speaking at an ALO general conference on Wednesday held to review arrangements for the 43rd Arab labor conference that will take place on April 10-17 under the sponsorship of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The conference reflects ALO efforts to curtail unemployment and poverty rates and promote the participation of women, youths and people with disabilities in achieving economic development, he said.
