Royal Jordanian Armed Forces Chief of Staff General Misha'al Mohammed Al-Zubun today received Royal Guard Rapid Intervention Force Commander First Lieutenant Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, who conveyed greetings from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and wishes of further progress and prosperity for his country. Shaikh Khalid is in Jordan to take part in a military drill, jointly conducted by the Royal Guard Rapid Intervention Force and the Royal Jordanian Army 71st Brigade. Shaikh Khalid hailed deep-rooted fraternal relations bonding Bahrain and Jordan, paying tribute to the wise leadership in both countries for their resolve to bolster bilateral ties in all fields. He stressed the importance of such meetings in promoting relations for the sake of both countries and people's interests. First Lieutenant Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al-Khalifa then exchanged commemorative shields with General Misha'al Mohammed Al-Zubun.
