Egyptian actor Ahmed Ezz expressed his pleasure for the notable success of his latest film “The Cell”, expressing his appreciation to the fans for their confidence. He stressed that the film managed to gain notable popularity among the fans from all over the Arab world, praising the increasing efforts exerted by his colleagues who were keen to achieve success.

He added that he is keen to choose his roles carefully not to undermine his previous works that achieved notable success, saying that the Egyptian cinema needs strong works that discuss the issues the citizen faces in his daily life. He added that he works to diversify the ideas he presented whether in the drama or cinematic works in which he participates during the current period.

He expressed his pleasure for the keenness of his fans to contact with him, saying that a large number of people were keen to welcome him during filming his role in the new film “The Cell”. He stressed that he is always keen to greet the fans and to welcome them when he meets with them.

He revealed, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that he received a number of offers to participate in new TV drama shows, saying that he currently works to consider a number of scenarios to decide whether to participate in any of them or not immediately after the coming Ramadan. Ezz performs a role of a police officer who confronts the terrorist operations during his participation in his new film “The Cell”. The film is directed by Egyptian Director Tarik Al Erian.

The Egyptian actor stressed the need for preparing for his works well, saying that this film needed special work before the beginning of its filming. He added that he worked to increase his fitness, stressing that he asked the director to start filming the new movie as soon as possible as it is expected to achieve notable success.

He added that he was keen to coexist with police figures to be able to deliver honest feelings to the viewers, stressing, “Coexisting the personality that you perform is the only way to achieve this objective.”

Regarding the TV drama, Ezz said that he is ready to participate in any experience that can add value to his career, stressing his keenness to choose his works carefully during the current period. He does not want to participate in the TV drama shows just to appear, while to present valued works that can serve the interests of the community.

He stressed his appreciation to all his friends working in the same career, praising the role of Egyptian actress Yousra and Director Enas Al Degheidy for presenting him in the beginning of his career. He also appreciated the Egyptian actor Nour Al Sherif who supported him during their movie “Transit Prisoner”. He underlined also the role of his family, especially his mother, to support him since his career beginning.
