The Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, conveyed sincerest condolences and sympathy on behalf of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier and also on behalf of the Bahraini people to the leadership, government and people of the friendly People’s Republic of Bangladesh on the sad demise of the late President Mohammad Dhil-ul-Rahman, supplicating to Allah the Almighty to bestow upon the late Bangladeshi President eternal peace in the vastest of paradises, and to bestow upon the people of Bangladesh and the bereaved family of the late President patience and fortitude. The Minister of Foreign Affairs paid a visit today to the Embassy of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in the Kingdom. He was received by the Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the Kingdom, Mr. Mohammed Ali Akbar. The Minister lauded existing friendly relations between the two countries, as well as the role of the Bangladeshi community in the Kingdom, wishing the Government and people of the People's Republic of Bangladesh further progress and prosperity.
