Saudi prince visits Arab Open University in Bahrain

Personal Representative of Prince Talal bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Prince Turki bin Talal Al Saud paid an inspection visit to the new building of the Arab Open University (AOU) in Bahrain. He was accompanied by members of AOU Advisory Panel for Buildings Dr. Mohammed Himdan from Jordan, Dr. Khalid Zaki from Saudi Arabia and Director of AOU-Bahrain Branch Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awadhi. Prince Turki extended heartfelt thanks to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for supporting the educational process in Bahrain and allocating a land plot in the educational zone in A'ali to set up AOU's new building. He also thanked His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa for his directives to provide all facilities to implement the project. He directed the officials in charge of the project to ensure the official opening of the building will be in December 2013.
