Nicole Saba will not star in ‘Fawazeer’

Lebanese singer and actress, Nicole Saba, has denied reports that she will be starring in the "Fawazeer" show which is expected to be broadcast next Ramadan. Nicole admitted she was handed an offer to be the star of the show from its director Adel Makeen, but she had turned it down on the grounds that  she wants to “avoid an expected comparison between her and the two former stars of the show Nelli and Sherihan.” Nicole added that she prefers to concentrate on more  dramatic roles, which she feels more comfortable with rather than dance shows. Nicole denied the rumoured fee offered to her to star in "Fawazeer”, which was alleged to be 750,000 Egyptian Pounds ($125,000)  saying the real fee was actually double this sum.
