Nancy Ajram sings for Mona Zaki’s new show

Egyptian actress Mona Zaki is keeping busy this year. Despite already working on a television drama, Asia, the starlet has taken on another project, Bey 100 Ragel. Mahmoud Abdul Moghny, Hisham Ismail, Sayid Raja and Khaled Eleish have all signed on for the Ramadan series. Bey 100 Ragel is written by Walid El Ruby and produced by Womanity and Global production. But that’s not all; the official Facebook page of the series has unveiled the programmes poster along with a major surprise. Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram will be singing the title music for the show.  This isn’t the first time Nancy has lent her voice to a TV series; the famed musician sang the intro and outro for Hekayat Banat (Stories For Girls) last year. The page also shows pictures of Mona and the team hard at work shooting scenes in the studio. A source close to the series team told Arab Today that the storyline follows the character Noha – an ambitious radio announcer for a women’s issues programme. Mona is currently juggling the two projects as she is yet to finish filming her scenes for Asia. Both series are scheduled to air in time for the holy month of Ramadan
