Hassan Youssef: Pope without Prayers

The acting star Hassan Youssef told Arabstoday that in the event he plays the lead role in the life story of Pope Shenouda III, he won’t perform any of the prayers. Press agencies earlier reported that Youssef is to play the role of Pope Shenouda III, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark's, who passed away last week. The Egyptian superstar explained that he could perform the role of the pope on a social level without involving religious matters.
