Cairo - Nancy Abdel Monem

Egyptian actor Amr Waked has told Arab Today that he is excited about working in his latest international project, Ahmed Maher's In Which Land You Die. The drama, being shot in Italy and France, follows the struggles of a young Egyptian immigrant in Europe. Waked said that although he speaks French and Italian, he would take special lessons in the latter to make sure he can play his role well. Waked is currently filming for Mamdouh Shahin's The Second Wife, which has been written by Yassin al-Dau and Ahmed Subhi, with direction from Khairy Beshara. The television drama also stars Aida Riyad, Aiten Amer and Amour Abdul Jalil.
