Al-Azhar Al-Sharif upset with Hanan Turk

We all saw Hanan Turk outfitted in an Azhari-style veil in the promo for her upcoming TV drama, “Nuna Almathoona ”, as well as in various advertisements and magazines. Two days later, Turk was asked for the reason behind cutting her scenes where she was dressed this way and she admitted that Al-Azhar Al-Sharif was extremely upset that she was sporting Azhari formalwear. This caused Turk extreme embarrassment, she said, “how could this come from me.” She explained that the scenes were not deleted but were re-shot in men’s Saidi clothing after she went to the producer of the drama asking him to re-shoot those scenes. As for her pictures in advertisements and magazines dressed in the Azhari formalwear she assured us that they coloured the red Azhari turban in black instead. She stressed that she cannot bear seeing Al-Azhar Al-Sharif upset as he is the light of Islam.
