A statement issued by the Tunisian Foreign Ministry expressed satisfaction with the Saudi air defence's success in intercepting the missile, which ensured the failure of the attack as no civilian casualties have been reported.

Tunisian also reiterated solidarity with Saudi Arabia, voiced concern over the security of the Saudi Arabia, and expressed keenness on stability of the Arabian Gulf region.

Tunisia stressed that such a serious attack would hinder efforts to reach a political solution to the Yemeni crisis to preserve the unity of the country and put an end to the suffering of its people from the practices of the pro-coup militia and contribute to security, peace and stability, in the region, the statement concluded.
