Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla, has extended earnest congratulations to His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa on being granted the Shield of the Federation of World Peace and Love (FOWPAL) in recognition of his landmark contribution to promoting the traditions of peace, tolerance and diversity.

The speaker asserted that HRH Premier’s tireless efforts to consolidate the principles of love, peace, respect, diversity and human welfare, stressing that the prestigious global honour re-afirms the Premier’s distinguished international status, and his landmark contributions to achieving international stability and meeting the peoples’ aspirations for a more secure and tranquil life.

Al-Mulla expressed pride in the Premier’s wise leadership of the government over the past decades, and ability to bring about innumerable success in various fields, noting that the kingdom’s high human development indicators is a living proof of the distinguished status enjoyed by the kingdom at the global arena.

The speaker prayed to Allah the Almighty to guide HRH Premier on the right path, and to bless the kingdom with lasting security and stability.
