Manama - Arab Today

Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla, will hold intensive parliamentary meeting in Seoul to consolidate Bahraini-South Korean parliamentary cooperation.

The official parliamentary visit aims to activate parliamentary diplomacy and extend ridges of cooperation with Asian parliaments, as well as to strengthen cooperation between the two friendly countries in various fields, especially the parliamentary one,

The Speaker’s visit is at the invitation of his South Korean National Assembly counterpart, Chung Se-kyun.

During the visit, Al-Mulla is expected to hold a series of meetings in the South Korean National Assembly.

The visit will also feature the announcement of a Parliamentary Friendship Committee, discussion of ways to enhance cooperation at international parliamentary gatherings and visits to a number of development projects in South Korea.
