The Moroccan Interior Ministry announced on Tuesday the arrest of two Daesh elements in search operations in the cities of TanTan and Guelmim.
In a statement, the ministry said the arrests come as part of nationwide raids launched by the Central Office of Judicial Research that managed recently to dismantle a terrorist cell comprising ten girls who pledged allegiance to Daesh terrorist group.
The investigation showed that the two Daesh affiliates were planning to get chemical materials to make bombs in Guelmim city, the statement added.
Also, a flag of Daesh terrorist group and wall graffiti were spotted during the operation in which the two Daesh elements were nabbed, the statement underlined.
