Sultan Qaboos Bin Said of the Sultanate of Oman received a written message from UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
The message was handed over to Sayyid Asa'ad bin Tariq al-Said when he met today with UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Prince Zeid Ra'ad, who is currently visiting Oman.
