His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Tuesday received a number of commanders and officers from the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, Ministry of Interior, Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, Supreme National Security Council, and other security agencies.

Sheikh Mohamed and the guests exchanged greetings on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan and prayed to Allah Almighty to keep President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan in good health and bless the UAE with further progress and prosperity.

The commanders also conveyed their greetings to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, on the occasion.

Sheikh Mohamed stressed that the UAE takes pride in the bravery, dedication, loyalty and sacrifices of the armed forces and the security personnel in the UAE and abroad. He praised their highly professional skills and outstanding efforts.

He also expressed his wish for the continuous success of all nationals in serving their country and protecting national gains and achievements under the leadership of Sheikh Khalifa.

Following the Maghrib prayer, Sheikh Mohamed hosted an Iftar banquet for the guests at the Al Bateen Palace.

The meeting was attended by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Al Dhafra Region; Dr. Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Speaker of the Federal National Council; H.H. Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler's Representative; H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs; H.H. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court; H.H. Sheikh Dhiyab bin Zayed Al Nahyan; H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care & Special Needs; H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Executive Council Member; Sheikhs and senior officials.
