Dubai Media City confirms support of MENA Effie Awards 2017

Dubai Media City today confirmed its support for the 9th edition of the MENA Effie Awards, as a strategic sponsor. The event, which is set to take place on 15th November, will recognise best-in-class marketing practices across varied disciplines and categories in the Middle East region.

The awards ceremony is expected to attract more than 2,000 attendees including experts from the region’s leading marketing companies. This year’s awards comprises 29 categories in all, including a new one, ‘Renaissance’.

Speaking on the occasion, Majed Al Suwaidi, Managing Director of Dubai Media City, said, "The dynamic media industry in the UAE is continually expanding to integrate latest global trends, concepts and practices as it steps up to meet the local and regional requirements of today’s diverse business needs.
