Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Alzayani received Riyadh-based Bahraini Embassy Security Attache Brigadier Mubarak bin Abdulla bin Huweil Al-Merri who presented a copy of his PhD thesis in law themed “Good Neighborhood Theory, Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy – Case Study” from the University of Abdul Malek Al-Saadi University in Morocco.

 

Dr. Alzayani congratulated Brig. Al-Merri on obtaining his PhD in Law, stressing the importance of dissertation which represents an added value to specialized legal studies.
