FVP Receives invitation to visit Qatar

The First Vice-President, the National Prime Minister, General, Bakri Hassan Saleh has received an invitation from, H.H the Qatari Premier and Interior Minister, Abdulla Bin Naser Bin Khalefa Al-Thani to visit Qatar.
This came when General, Saleh met, Tuesday, at the Council of Ministers, the Qatari Ambassador to Sudan in the presence of the Foreign Minister, Prof. Ibrahim Ghandour who stated in press statements that the invitation comes in the context of the participation in the inauguration of Sheikh Hammad Port, scheduled for next, Sept.
He said the FVP has affirmed the firmness of the Sudanese Qatari relations, referring to Qatar's role in supporting Sudan's issues, particularly, Darfur issue.
He pointed out that the FVP will visit Qatar in set date.
