International Coalition’s fighter jets launched airstrikes against the strongholds of ISIS extremist group in different places of Iraq, saying that they launched nine raids on the districts of Qaem, Keesek, Mousl and Telaffar. It added that they also launched eight airstrikes against the extremist group near Syria’s Raqqa.

On his hand, Iraqi parliamentarian of Nineveh Abdel Rahman Al Lewizi accused the International Coalition led by the U.S of committing a massacre in Resala district of Mousl’s right bank, saying that the extremist militants gathered 200 civilians in two housing buildings destructed by the International Coalition leading to the killing of all of them.

He added, “Nineveh’s governor formed a special committee to lift the dead bodies from under the rubble, saying that they managed to lift 56 bodies, while there are more than 150 bodies still existed under the rubble.” He accused the International Coalition of violating the rules of clashes and did not care of protecting the lives of people.”

Airstrikes and mortar bombardments killed more than 200 people, including aid workers, in western Mosul on Thursday, according to news reports on separate incidents. According to sources, three medical workers died at Mosul Public Hospital in Wadi Hajar region when mortar rounds targeted the facility’s first aid ward. Iraqi commanders said they recaptured the area earlier this month.

On his hand, leader of Iraq’s Federal Police Shaker Jawdat revealed that the Iraqi forces managed to control over 60 targets of the districts and neighborhoods of the city since the launch of military operations to liberate it from the grip of ISIS extremist group.

He added that Iraqi Federal Police forces seized on Friday an Islamic State command center in central Mosul’s Old City as operations press on to recapture the district from the extremist group, saying that the forces found documents, explosive devices, weapons and communication sets inside the facility.

According to military sources, the International Coalition’s fighter jets managed to kill five extremists and destroy a bombing wheel and a bulldozer, adding that they managed to destroy a number of weapons stores and laboratory to make the explosive devices.

In Bagdad, the security forces intensified their presence in the squares in anticipation to any attempts to raise chaos in the streets during the demonstrations for which Shiite cleric Moqtad Al Sadr called. They turned to close a number of major streets in the capital
