Violent clashes continue at the outskirts of Rumaila neighborhood in Al-Raqqah city, between members of the “Islamic State” organization against the Syria Democratic Forces, accompanied by the continued aerial bombardment by warplanes of the International Coalition on areas in the city, as well as the continued rocket shelling by the “Euphrates Wrath” Operation Forces, and information about more casualties in the ranks of both parties.
Sources confirmed that the organization sometimes carries out infiltrations into sites of the Syria Democratic Forces in order to get water or food, also the sources informed the Syrian Observatory that what is delaying the control of “Euphrates Wrath” Operation Forces of Al-Raqqah city is the density of the mines planted by the “Islamic State” organization.
In the same context, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the factions of Jaysh al-Izza, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the Islamic Party of Turkestan and other factions, started today the 19th of September 2017, intensive preparation by shells missiles and heavy machineguns on positions of the regime forces in the villages and areas of Ma’an, Khafsin, Blail, Al-Tulaysiyah, Al-Zughbah, Al-Qahirah, Al-Talah Al-Sawdaa, Al-Fan Wastani and Al-Fan Qibli in the north-eastern countryside of Hama and the south-eastern countryside of Idlib.
Sources said that this preparation is accompanied by intensive flights by warplanes and helicopters over Hama and Idlib, and targetin to the areas of Atshan, Tel Bizam, Sukayk and Al-Hbit in the northern countryside of Hama and the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to targeting other areas in the both countryside, amid firing rubber tires by the factions in the vicinity of the area in order to disrupt the air strikes.
The villages and towns of the northern and the north-eastern countryside of Hama and the southern countryside of Idlib are witnessing intensive shelling by the regime forces.
warplanes whose identity wasn’t known if they were Russian, bombed last night areas in Hatla town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which resulted in the death of some people and the injury of others, a man was also died from Al-Mayadin city affected by the injury he had by bombing by warplanes on areas in the city previously. a man and his aunt were also killed after being shot by a sniper of the regime forces yesterday, while the regime forces shelled areas in the eastern banks of the Euphrates River in the north-eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor after the midnight of Monday – Tuesday, and no information about injuries was reported.
International Coalition warplanes bombed Al-Raqqah city the main stronghold of the “Islamic State” organization in Syria after the midnight of Monday – Tuesday, which resulted in the death of 2 persons at least and the injury of others, amid the continuous fighting between the members of the “Islamic State” organization on one hand, and the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the US Special Forces on the other, in areas in the vicinity of the centre of Al-Raqqah city and in the north-east of the city and areas in the western section of it, accompanied by exchange of targeting between the both parties, without information about casualties.
