Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi meets US academic delegation.

Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi received a delegation from the American Northeastern University headed by Vice President Dr. Robert Dietrich and Administration College Dean Dr. Raj Echambadi.
The meeting focused on aspects of joint cooperation between the Northeastern University and the Higher Education Council (HEC) and the possibility of hosting outstanding academic programmes in Bahrain.
HEC specialists gave a presentation showcasing efforts to develop the vital higher education sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain. They cited the launch of the two strategies for higher education and scientific research.
The Northeastern University officials welcomed cooperation with the Higher Education Council, commending HEC academic development programmes and initiatives.
The meeting was attended by HEC Secretary-General Dr. Abdul Ghani Al-Showeikh, Assistant Secretary-General for Assessment and Accreditation Dr. Mona Al-Balooshi and other officials.
