Egypt will continue exerting all possible efforts through coordinating with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to confront the Islamic world problems, Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said.

Addressing the opening session of the 13th Islamic conference currently held in Istanbul on Thursday, he said Egypt cherishes its chairmanship of the 12th Islamic summit and pledges to continue its efforts to heed Islamic states' interests.
