Ministry closes three unlicensed commercial outlets.
Manama - Arab Today

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism said it has administratively closed three commercial outlets in Hoora district of Manama, and referred the shopkeepers to Public Prosecution on charges of violating the provisions of Commercial Registration Law 27/2017.
The ministry took its action in compliance with all the legal procedures, reiterating the ministry’s keenness on the enforcement of applicable laws and regulations without any procrastinating vis-à-vis violators of the law.
The ministry called for strict compliance with the commercial practice laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain and not carrying out any commercial business without having first obtained the prior license from the official department because legal action will be brought against the violators in such case.
