White House: Iran overtures clearly not sufficient

The White House welcomed increased openness from Iran on Friday but warned this was "clearly not sufficient" to allay international concerns about Tehran's nuclear program. Spokesman Ben Rhodes said Washington believes there is a window of opportunity to resolve the stand-off diplomatically, but US President Barack Obama would not meet his Iranian counterpart at the UN General Assembly next week.
