UN Security Council condemns heinous and cowardly Foley murder

The UN Security Council on Friday strongly condemned the "heinous and cowardly" murder of journalist James Foley by Islamic State jihadists.
In a unanimous statement, the 15-member council called for the immediate release of all hostages held by the militants.
