Egyptian politician: French officials realize Qatari threat

Head of Egypt’s Popular Diplomacy delegation Ahmed Al Fadaly revealed that his delegation conducted a number of meetings with French officials in the framework the current visit conducted by the delegation to Paris. He added that they warned of the dangerous role performed by the Qatari government to support terrorism, saying that the Qatari regime bears the responsibility of the fall of a large number of victims from all over the Arab world.
He added, in an interview with “Arabs Today”, that the French officials expressed their support for our vision, saying that they extremely refuse any potential visit from Qatar’s Emir Tamim Bin Hamad to Paris due the role performed by Doha to support extremism. He stressed also that the French politician expressed their refusal to the Qatari host of World Cup scheduled to be held in 2022.
He stressed that the French officials understand the threats posed by Qatari regime against the stability and security of the Middle East, saying that they expressed their refusal to any governmental approach from their country to keep relations with such a state sponsoring terrorism.
The Egyptian politician added that the delegation is scheduled to hold a number of visits during the coming period to European countries to promote the Egyptian visions regarding terrorism and the threats posed by the state supporting extremist groups. He added that his delegation participated in a protest organized before Qatar’s embassy in Paris, saying that a number of French citizens participated in the protest and members of Arab communities living in France.
He added that it was the first time to organize such a protest in the French territories, expressing his appreciation to the French citizens and politicians who participated in the protest. He said that they decided to participate in the protest , as they realize the role performed by Qatari regime againt the world’s stability and security
