Egyptian Army take all measures to protect national borders

The Egyptian Armed Forced are taking all required measures to protect the national strategic land, sea and air borders, said Egyptian Minister of Defense and Military Production Colonel General Sedky Sobhy on Tuesday.

At a meeting with Army commanders and officers at the Western Military Zone, he added that the Egyptian Armed Forces will remain strong and efficient and capable of standing up to any threats that are targeting the Egyptian national security.

The Army men of Egypt have pledged to undertake to the full the mission with which the Egyptian people entrusted them whatsoever the sacrifices, he pointed out.

Meanwhile, the Army men will remain undertaking their strenuous efforts in the field of comprehensive development through setting up development projects, he added.

Sobhy hailed the patriotic role undertaken by the Armed Forces and civil police for guaranteeing the security of citizens and their property.
