Sheikh Tamim attends his Cup’s Final Match

HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended today, at Thani bin Jassim Stadium, Al-Gharafa club, the final match between Al Rayyan and Al-Sadd teams in which Al Rayyan win penalty shoutout 5/4 after the original time ended in a 1-1 draw. The match was attended by HH the Emir’s Personal Representative Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani and HH the Emir’s Special Advisor Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al-Thani. HE the President of the Administrative and Transparency Authority Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, HE the Advisory Council Speaker Mohamed bin Mubarak Al-Kholeifi, a number of Their Excellences Sheikhs and ministers, guests and fans also attended. After the match HH the Heir Apparent handed over the cup and gold medals to Al-Rayyan club players and the silver medals to Al-Sadd club players. Al-Sadd qualified for the final match after beating Lakhwiya team 4-2 while Al-Rayyan qualified after defeating the Army Club team 3-2.
