Syria wins bronze medal at Bench Press Championship held in UAE
Syrian player Yahiya Abu Moghdeb won the bronze medal.

Syrian player Yahiya Abu Moghdeb won the bronze medal at the Asian Physical Fitness Championship (Bench Press) in UAE.
Abu Moghdeb won the third place with a weight of 59 kg.
In a statement to SANA, Head of the Athletics Office of the General Sports Union Tarek Hatem said that Abu Moghdeb’s medal is a new achievement for the Syrian sport, especially that the player is a person with disability who managed to outperform other players in this tournament.
