During the ceremony, Shaikh Nasser will launch the fifth edition of the City, and GOYS President will deliver a statement.
The event will also feature an artistic show documenting the previous four editions, and an operetta.
Shaikh Nasser will tour the centres of the Youth City, along with guests.
GOYS has finalised its preparations for the opening ceremony and invited officials and guests.
It has also announced the increase of the training opportunities provided for the Youth City 2030 Project to reach a total of 2620 ones in an attempt to enable more youths to avail of the City’s programmes and hone their talent and skills.
The fifth edition’s programmes includes scientific, leaders, arts and media centres, as well as the English and Spanish languages, sign language for the deaf and dumb, principles of printing and photography, designing electronic games and smart phones’ applications.
The Youth City 2030, designed in line with the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030, is in line with GOYS’s strategy to support Bahraini youths, promote creative thinking among them, and enrich their expertise and talent.
