Saudi Arabia stretched their winning run in the Fifth GCC Futsal Championship for the Hearing Impaired, being held at Khalifa Sports City's gym in Isa Town. The defending champions outplayed Oman 8-3 for their second successive victory in this five-team round robin competition. On the second day of the tournament, the Saudis put up a spirited show to remain undefeated after two games. The victors now lead the championship with six point.
