QOC receives IOC appreciation

HE Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, QOC General Secretary received a thanking and appreciation letter from Mr. Patrick Poman, IOC member, and Basketball International Federation General Secretary. Mr. Poman expressed his deep thanking and appreciation for the hospitality and warm reception he and his colleagues received from the Qatari delegation in London Olympiad 2012. In addition, he commended the achievement of Qatar Sports. In his letter, Mr. Poman confirmed that (Qatar House) reflected the civilized image of Qatar, and praised the unique site of Qatar House on the banks of the Thames River, in addition to the valuable information provided there, and hospitality, culture, music and arts.
