Lekhwiya beat Kharaityat, remain top of Qatar Stars League
Lekhwiya defeated al-Kharaitiyat 1-0

Lekhwiya continued its domination of Qatar Stars League when it defeated Al Kharaitiyat 1-0 on Saturday.
Sebastian Soria scored the only goal of the game in the 54th minute and gift his team all three points. Lekhwiya remain top of the table with the win taking their point tally to 48, four more than Al Sadd. On the other end, Al Kharaitiyat remain with 23 points in 10th place.
Al Sadd will face Al Ahli this week to try and trim the gap to just one point behind leaders Lekhwiya.
