President of the Bahrain Football Association (BFA), Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa has extended sincere congratulations to the leadership on the qualification of the Bahrain National Football team for the semi-finals of the 23rd Gulf Cup, currently hosted by the State of Kuwait.


BFA president extended sincere thanks to the leadership for its constant support for the Bahraini sport, praising at the same time the support of the Personal Representative of HM the King for Charity and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sport Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee President, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

The outstanding level of the Bahraini team was the fruitful outcome of the leadership’s support for the Bahraini support, thanks to which, he said, Bahraini athletes have shines at various sports gatherings.

BFA chief lauded the Bahraini spectators for their keenness on supporting the national team throughout the tournament, and the last group stage match, in particular.
