Kuwaiti emir congratulates Qatar on 22nd Gulf Cup triumph

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable to the Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, congratulating him on Qatar's winning of the 22nd Gulf Cup in Riyadh on Wednesday.
His Highness the Amir hailed the high level performance and the spirit of cooperation displayed by the Qatar national football team, including players, backroom staff and sports officials, at the November 13-26 event.
He also praised Qatari fans for their support of the team, and expressed wishes of prosperity to the Amir of Qatar and his people.
Both His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables.
