Syrian tennis player Karim Allaf, together with Ukrainian player, won the second place in the doubles event in the sixth Kuwait ITF Junior Tournament. The team lost to a British-Turkish doubles 6-2, 2-6 and 7-10 in the finals, after they had earlier won over a Kuwaiti-Emirati doubles 6-3 and 6-2 in the semi-finals beaten a Kuwaiti-Lebanese doubles 6-2 and 6-0 in the quarterfinals. In the singles competitions, Allaf, who is ranked sixth in the Tournament, got out of the quarterfinals after losing to an Italian player 1-6 and 2-6. Allaf and the Yemeni Ghassan al-Ansi won on October 25 the second place in the doubles event within the 12th Dubai ITF Junior Championship. Source: SANA
