Eventful Challenge Bahrain to start Thursday

The "Challenge Bahrain" international triathlon championship, which takes place on Saturday after being organised by Challenge Family and Nasser bin Hamad Foundation, will also have special side events.
The programme of today will include an opportunity for training in the Bahrain Harbour at 7:00am, and the opening of triathlon gallery at Bahrain International Circuit at 9:00am which will be until 6:00pm. An induction session for the athletes will be held at Crowne Plaza Hotel, as well as the opening of the Sports Forum at 9.30am, followed by a press conference at same venue.
The registration for the tournament will be from 10:00am until 6:00pm at the triathlon garden at BIC. The media accreditation will be available at the media center at BIC from 10:30am to 5:00pm. A charity challenge for women (5km walk/run) will be held at 5:30pm to be held at BIC, while the Carbo Party and mandatory race brief (English-Arabic) will be held at BIC from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
