Afrobasket 2011- Tunisia through to quarter-final

Tunisia's national basketball team qualified for the quarter-final of Afrobasket 2011 held on August 17-28 in Madagascar, after beating South Africa's 94-50 at an eighth final game played on Wednesday afternoon in Antananarivo. The national team will play at the quarter-final the winner of the game between Mali and Morocco scheduled for later this afternoon. Winner of the competition will qualify for the London 2012 Olympics. Teams ranking second and third will play pre-Olympic playoffs.
