Islam considers anti-army, police assailants as 'suicidal'

Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa on Wednesday asserted that suicide bombers who attack the army and police are just suicidal who betray their religion, country and nation.
In a statement today, Gomaa said that anybody who shelters, covers up for or supports the attackers is a co-conspirator and partner in crime.
He added that a recent conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs stressed that murder and attacks on public or private property under the pretext of Jihad are forbidden by Islam.
