Al Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed el Tayyeb expressed Al Azhar’s support for the Palestinian people against the Zionist entity until they liberate every inch of their usurped lands.
During a meeting with visiting Secretary General of the Islamic Jihad Movement Ramadam Shalah on Monday, Tayyeb urged all Palestinians to renounce their differences and unite their efforts against the Zionist occupation.
Unity is the first step to establish a Palestinian state on Palestinian lands with East Jerusalem as its capital, he said.
