House fire kills 9 people, including 8 children in Muhlenberg

Nine people, including eight children, were killed in a house fire Thursday in Muhlenberg County, Ky., officials said. Police said 11 people were in the house when the fire broke out in a home in Greenville, WTVF-TV, Nashville, reported. Officials said an adult and a child escaped and were being treated for burns and smoke inhalation at an area hospital. WTVF said details about the cause of the fire weren't available.
