A speed boat sank in Musi river in South Sumatra province of Indonesia on Friday, killing six people on board, said an official in charge of search and rescue operation. A few minutes after setting off from the port in Plaju of Palembang, capital of the province, Friday afternoon, the speed boat hit a steel barrier and sank, Ferry Irawan, the official in charge of search and rescue operation in the province, told Xinhua by phone.
