Kerry posts GCC counterparts on framework deal with Iran

US Secretary of State John Kerry has posted Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries on the framework agreement between Iran and the 5+1 group.
Kerry, who was speaking to his GCC counterparts via video conference, assured them that the security of US partners in the Gulf region is of great importance, said Marie Harf, the acting spokesperson for the Department of State, Saturday.
Harf had no details to give about a meeting called for by US President Barack Obama with GCC leaders.
