Lawmakers urge pumping more investments into Sudan

The House of Representatives’ Arab affairs committee urged the Arab investors to strongly pump investments into Sudanese economy after the US Administration’s decision to lift the economic sanctions on Khartoum.
We are relieved over the US Administration decision to lift the economic sanctions that lasted for 20 years because of absurd political claims.
The committee said it repeatedly called for lifting the unfair sanctions, as they hit the peoples' interests rather than the regimes or governments.
"As one people living on the Nile River Banks, we are happy for such decision as the Sudanese brothers", it added.
