Canberra - Arab Today

Two persons were killed and nine others injured including severe injuries during clashes that erupted earlier on Saturday, Health Ministry Spokesman Hossam Abdel Ghaffar told MENA.
The wounded persons were moved to Red Crescent, Mounira and New and Old Kasr El Ainy hospitals for medical treatment.
Earlier in the day, security forces dispersed a rally protesting against the court ruling that found former president Hosni Mubarak, his two sons and 7 aides not guilty in the case of killing protesters during the January 25 revolution.
