Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman received a written message from Dr. Haider Al Abadi, Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, dealing with the bilateral relations binding the two countries and matters of common concern. 
According to Oman News Agency (ONA), the message was received on behalf of His Majesty the Sultan by Sayyid As'ad bin Tariq Al Said when he met here on Sunday Salman Ali Al Jumaili, Iraqi Minister of Planning and Faleh Faisal Al Fayad, Adviser of the Iraqi National Security.
